SAP buys provider of B2B networks
SAP wants to buy the Munich-based Crossgate , a German provider of integration and networking services for business partners. Crossgate enables companies to link up with trading partners, customers, suppliers and partners via preconfigured profiles and exchange documents and data over secure channels, regardless of the respective technical requirements.
SAP and Crossgate zuisammengearbeitet had been around for many years. The relevant antitrust authorities must still approve the acquisition. The acquisition is the first November 2011 to be completed. On the terms of the purchase price and makes no SAP data.
