Google buys off-site daily deal

The US-based Internet service provider Google takes over the Berlin agent daily online bargain deal. This is a note out to the German company's website. Similar to the U.S. counterpart Groupon that you can move a planned IPO probably need to buy Web users dailydeal.de discount vouchers.

Daily Deal was founded in December 2009 by Fabian and Ferry Heilemann. The company is active only in Germany and in Switzerland and Austria. How much money Google paid for daily deal was not disclosed.
