Google counterproductive Oracle: Page and invites judges before Ellison

In the patent dispute Google and Oracle are now the CEOs personally
negotiate an agreement. U.S. Judge Paul S. Grewal invited at the
weekend, Larry Page and Larry Ellison to a conciliation meeting on 19th
September before. They then have until 30 September for further
mediation attempts to keep ready. In the run had already asked the
federal judge William Alsup, the two parties in a letter to agree.
Oracle should abandon the claim for damages in the amount of 2.6 billion
U.S. dollars and the amount recalculated, starting at $ 100 million.

In the dispute between Oracle and Google, it's about the virtualization
software Dalvik, which is a major component of Android. They convert
software, which was translated to a Java Virtual Machine, in its own
bytecode and then executes it. Oracle looks at Dalvik Java violated
patents that Google denies.
