Dell is expanding its relationship with Salesforce.com, and intends to market the software of the online CRM pioneer as additional services as an integrated offering cloud services. The target group are small and medium enterprises. Dell itself occurs primarily as a systems integrator and offers appropriate services, and analysis capabilities in the cloud for various merged business applications.
