Apple customers are still highly satisfied

For the eighth consecutive year Apple achieved the highest customer
satisfaction among U.S. consumers and to achieve the reaching 0-100
scale of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), the value of
87th This puts Apple nine points more than second-placed HP company,
whose value is the average of 78 U.S. computer-industry equivalent.

While satisfaction with products from Apple and HP by just over one
