Oracle Settle Legal Dispute with U.S. government for $ 200 million in

The U.S. software giant Oracle puts in a dispute with the U.S.
government with a settlement payment of about 200 million U.S. dollars.
The case concerns allegations of the central procurement agency of the
U.S. government, Oracle has not the public at large contracts granted
the same discounts as private customers. It's about software contracts
in the 1998-2006 total of over one billion U.S. dollars.

The U.S. government had joined the lawsuit by former Oracle employees
Paul Frascella, who was responsible for his time in the company for
sales contracts. Frascella had filed his complaint in accordance with
the "False Claims Act" that allows citizens to action on behalf of the
government to prevent damage to government facilities. In the event of
an award or agreement of the whistleblower is a portion of the damages.
Frascella is reportedly now receive 40 million U.S. dollars.
