IBM wants to buy security specialist Q1 Labs

The US-based IT giant IBM will increase with a takeover offer for its
computer security. With the owners of Q1 Labs security specialists from
the U.S. state of Massachusetts was a sales contract was concluded, said

The former CEO of Q1 Labs, Brendan Hannigan, should lead the new
division at IBM for security systems. The company is responding to

customers, including utilities, governments or the healthcare industry.
